tookforgranite[Everybody knew of the Kuzuryuu group. Seeing as they're the largest yakuza family in Japan, it'd be hard not to. And they were proud of this fact. Even if it meant that, sometimes, some cops and detectives were a little more persistent on sticking their nose into their business than they should be. But that was hardly an issue. They always managed to keep them at bay, or take care of them when they were getting just a little too close for comfort.
Now, how Hajime Hinata managed to infiltrate the family is a mystery because of this. Pretty good P.I. work for a rookie. Or who's probably a rookie. Definitely calling him one for the insult if nothing else. Not that he's been found out or anything, despite raising in ranks without harming a single citizen making him look just a little suspicious. Sure it's not like they go out of their way or anything to hurt people, but they also aren't afraid of using force if they need to. But here this guy is, refusing to do that. That type of performance is what lead him to his current situation.
His current situation being called in to meet with the head's little sister, Natsumi Kuzuryuu. Natsumi may not be leading the family, but she helps her brother out where she can. Naturally of course, that's how they operate, but even if she wasn't expected to pitch in somehow she would anyway. She loves her brother, looks up to him, and taking on tasks for him gives her one more reason to stay at his side. One of those tasks is sometimes talking one on one with members for various reasons. Maybe she needs to set them straight on something they're doing that the family doesn't approve of. Maybe she's letting them know they could be getting a little ahead of themselves and to cool it before they get themselves and others hurt. In this case, she's actually meeting with this member in particular for her own benefit rather than any real benefit to Fuyuhiko.
She's kneeling across the table from the man in question, pouring him some hot water for a little tea. Tea is always good for a discussion, don't you think? And she's wearing her most charming smile, so this must be a pretty important discussion, whatever it is. Who knows if it's going to be good or bad for Hajime...]
